At One Care Patches, we value your trust and aim to provide high-quality products and customer support. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
CHANGE OF MIND
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
If you change your mind, we may accept returns for unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of placing your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received
• A brief explanation of the issue
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used patches
• Products not in original condition
• Items returned outside the return window
• Sale or clearance items
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the courier service. Delays caused by shipping carriers are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
